  2. Brand strength (market presence)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Complexity (systems and processes)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Competitive Threats (including regulatory environment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Customer Centricity (thought and action)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Industry Relevance (products and services)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Work Culture (politics, empowerment)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. Reward and Recognition systems<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. People Capabilities (business and functional)<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. Opportunities to Learn and Grow (as an individual)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The ‘Serenity Prayer’ <\/em>reminds us “to accept the things we cannot change, the courage to change the things we can, and the wisdom to know the difference.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Truth be Told<\/strong>…<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are many ‘achievers’ that have climbed high up the ladder of success, mostly thanks to luck and (sometimes, undue) support from their managers. They stick at it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are many senior leaders that do not have (all or some of) the requisite skills their job demands. They do it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    There are many folks, in every industry, that have stumbled on to their chosen career-path accidentally. They show-up every day, and make the most of it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Don’t sell yourself short, waiting for the “ideal time”… Do it anyway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Dreams or Goals?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • A home that does not need an aggressive dose of cleaning-up before the guests arrive<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Not just friends that are like family, but family that behaves like good friends do<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Having all that you need and want, but nothing more<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The opportunity to do work that you are passionate about, along with the reward and recognition you truly deserve<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • The ability to live in the present, without worrying about what lies ahead<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
