The fact that a revamp of the educational system is required is indisputable.
Given the scale of impact and the vastness of the institution in question, there will always be “a better solution” no matter which solution one eventually adapts. Such is the nature of the beast in my opinion.
But in the current context of time and responsibility I also favor the combination approach.

Above all, I hope that all parents would look deeper beyond the present towards the future, at the potential benefits of what this exercise would eventually lead to – paving a better future for the generations to come.

I think we would all agree that a lot more needs to be done on this topic, and the work is far from complete…

Welcome to Parentree. I have also commented on Rajesh’s post (after finding it on your blog). I agree with you that the system has to be changed from within for fundamentally similar reasons.
