Dearest Sonali and naveen, I can scarcely remember my first day at school, i just know i made the compound wall my best friend and stuck to it all day till i saw my dad in the evening!..Schools can be intimidating but it’s wonderful to know khushi enjoys herself everyday.And of course she has two doting parents to make the most of it with her.Like you said life would never be the same but at the same time, here’s where the story starts to get really interesting! Love to all of you and goodluck to the little princess!

Have you ever looked up in the sky on a dark night and seen that one star that shines above the rest? That twinkling, smiling star is what i think of everytime I look at Pumpkin. Her first day at school, as you’ve described it, is exactly how I imagined it would be. Thanks Congrats! Pumpkin reminds me of my own son Sean’s first day at school. He was a pretty timid child and I fully expected him to be crying his eyes out on Day 1. However, in reality – there were 40 bawling children, 1 dry-eyed happy-to-be-in-school child (my son!) and 1 mother crying-her-eyes-out-because-her-baby-was all-grown-up! – ME!
