I’ve been dying to get hands on an old full manual SLR. Would like to know how many failed shots I get before getting the perfect one. It would be a great challenge. Digital Photography has surely taken away the challenge but it also has given photographers time to think about any image worrying less about the technicals but the sad part is still people obsess over gear.

Glad you found it useful, Soam… My own realization is that most of us (myself included) are nowhere near utilising the limits of our existing gear, yet!

Great Post @Naveen..

I have been reading about exposures since months now, but composition is what never got into my head.
And right now, Im using a Canon 1000D.
I was thinking, I could do better with a 500D or 550D , but after reading your article, it looks like, should save that money for a better lens.
