Almost every boy you know, at some point or the other, would’ve wanted to be a pilot when he grows up. And, I am no different.
But, that’s not all I wanted to be. Here is a sample of just some of the career options I have considered seriously, before settling-down to more mundane practicalities (in no particular order) :
- A policeman… in Interpol
- A photographer… with National Geographic…
- A taxi driver… in New York city… on the red-eye shift
- The chap who drives the bus at the airport to take passengers to the airplane
- A school teacher… of under-10-year-olds
- An owner of a books-and-music store… on a hillstation in India
- A tour guide… in New Zealand!
Here’s hoping we all get to experience a slice from our dreams… some day…
